EXPLICIT CONSENT DECLARATION WITHIN THE SCOPE OF THE LAW ON THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

Within the framework of the General Information Notice Within the Scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data and the Company Regulation on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data, which are presented to your information by KARMETAL DEFENSE AMMUNITION WEAPON TECHNOLOGIES INDUSTRY AND FOREIGN TRADE INC. (“Company”) in accordance with the relevant provisions of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”);

I accept and declare that my personal data, as the data provider, may be processed by the Company acting in the capacity of data controller or by data processors authorized by the Company by ensuring that the necessary security measures are taken; and that my identity information, address information, contact information and other personal data which are directly or indirectly related may be processed for the purposes of enabling the Company to provide the products and services offered to its customers under the best conditions, ensuring that the products or services are supplied in a reliable and uninterrupted manner, maximizing customer satisfaction, making payments, fulfilling various transactions related to the aforementioned services, carrying out and improving operations, conducting promotion, marketing, advertising and campaign activities of the aforementioned products and services or different products and services, informing customers about opportunities, campaigns and other services, and fulfilling the requirements of the contracts concluded with customers; in accordance with the general principles set forth in Article 4 of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 (“PDPL”), primarily the principle of being retained for the period stipulated in the legislation or required for the purpose for which they are processed; and that such data may be obtained, recorded, securely stored and retained in physical or electronic media for an appropriate period for the purpose of processing, amended, rearranged, disclosed and transferred in accordance with the legislation, taken over, classified, processed or prevented from being used; and that I have been informed by the Company regarding the above-mentioned matters and that I have given my explicit consent within the framework of the PDPL.

I accept and declare that my personal data subject to this declaration may, provided that it is limited to the purposes stated above, be transferred by the Company to the Company’s employees, officers, group companies (the Company and/or its business partners, shareholders), legally authorized public institutions and organizations, independent audit firms, survey companies within the framework of legal obligations and statutory limitations in order to carry out its activities, and to the Company’s business partners and service providers from whom the Company receives services or cooperates with for the execution of the services and/or activities to be provided to me, and that I give my explicit consent in this regard.

Furthermore, pursuant to Article 11 of the PDPL and the relevant legislation; by applying to the Company, I acknowledge that I have the right to learn whether my personal data is processed, to request information if my personal data has been processed, to learn the purpose of processing of my personal data and whether they are used in accordance with their purpose, to know the third parties to whom my personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, to request the correction of my personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed, to request the deletion or destruction of my personal data in case the reasons requiring the processing of such data cease to exist, to request that such correction and deletion requests be notified to third parties to whom the personal data has been transferred, to object to the occurrence of a result against myself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and to request compensation for damages in case I suffer damage due to unlawful processing of my personal data; and that I have the right to submit my request, including the necessary information identifying my identity and explanations regarding the right I request to exercise, through a notary public or by other methods specified in the PDPL.

I also accept and declare that the personal data I have shared with the Company is accurate and up to date, and that I will notify the Company of any changes in such information.

I accept and declare that I give my explicit consent to the processing, use limited to the purpose of processing within the relevant process, sharing and storage for the required period of my relevant personal data, including my sensitive personal data as defined in the PDPL, and that I have been duly informed in this regard; and that I have read and understood this text, the Company Regulation on the Protection and Processing of Personal Data and the Information Notice.
